I came across this interview with Young Guru (engineer for Roc-a-Fella, along with many other artists) and thought it'd be a good thing to put up. He speaks on his own history in the game, along with how he feels about the state of hip-hop right now. Not suprisingly, I agree with most of the things he says...

Dude clearly has a lot of knowledge and it's good to know that there's still some real cats in the game right now. The key thing to me that he spoke about was just making good music and not trying to chase the paper or the radio stations. In the end, you'll see the results..
